Ordering the mirror went fine however when I went to pick it up, they didn't come across friendly or professional.  I won't be using them again.

We called two or three competitors, plus priced options for custom orders from the big box hardware stores, for a roughly 40" by 54" bathroom vanity mirror before deciding to go with Plano Bath.  They sent someone to measure the space within a day or two of our call, and installed finished mirror roughly 12 days later.  Technician on both visits was prompt, courteous, and helpful.
Final price was roughly the same as other full-service companies, and only a little more than DIY custom order option.  We are happy we went with Plano Bath for the peace of mind that the work would be done right.

Russell came to the house to check on what needed to be repaired and gave me a quote.  They said that they would come in a few days (the window was not broken to the exterior).  They called back later that afternoon and were able to send Colin that same day which was wonderful.  Colin came to the house and was the nicest person. Not only did he fix my window, which he had to stand on a ladder in the stairwell but the painters that broke the window installed 2 sets of blinds incorrectly and Colin removed them and installed them correctly for me.  They were very high and in a difficult place to install and he was so nice and helpful to fix them for me.  I highly recommend this company and I have ordered a frame-less shower door for my bathroom remodel after the excellent service I received from the window repair.

Plano Bath cut a 54" diameter 1/2" round pencil polished piece of glass for our breakfast room table. It was delivered yesterday and is beautiful. They got the job completed in a very reasonable amount of time, and their price for the glass was less than the estimates received from other companies. Plano Bath also cut a piece of glass for us last fall to replace one that had been broken during our move. Great quality products and workmanship. We will definitely be using them in the future!

They arrived on short notice, replaced our window and  did quality work.

The estimator was on time and gave me a quote right on the spot. I called the company and ordered the glass over the phone...they took my credit card for half of the payment right over the phone too. The new glass was installed later the same week and the installer was very professional and courteous.

The estimator came on the date and time scheduled and measured all of the windows. The company emailed me a quote the next afternoon. The installers came on the date and time scheduled the next week and installed all of the screens. They also hauled away all of the old aluminum screens and left my property in very clean condition.

The estimator came to my home at the time and date the company said he would be there. He measured for the glass and gave me a quote for the installation. The installers were there on the scheduled date and were on time. They were professional and cleaned up after they were done with the installation. They also told me not to use the shower for 24 hours so that the silicone could set up properly.

When I ordered an 18 x 18 inch mirror over the phone I specifically told the woman I needed 1/4 inch thick mirror for a mosaic I'm making for a client. This was on Friday. I was told it might be ready that day, but more likely on Monday. Monday rolled around, then Tuesday, and the remainder of the week and no call. I dropped by the store the next Friday figuring they had simply forgotten to call--since they'd said probably the last Monday. My hubby went into the store totally unprepared by the rudeness, argumentative, and outright belligerent attitude he was confronted by. No, there was no mirror ready after over a week. I suspect they lost the order but didn't want to admit it. We were told it would be ready the next Monday which, thank goodness it was. However, the 1/4 inch mirror which I had ordered had apparently been taken down wrong so what I got was 1/8 inch thick mirror. Since, when placing the order I discussed with the lady that I would need a 1/4 inch thick mirror because it was going to be shipped through the mail, how she placed the order for 1/8 inch is beyond me.
I seriously have never before dealt with such a sloppy and rude service, especially in Plano that prides itself in first class businesses.
