Better than expected. It was great working with Kelly and his team. Excellent work and i was never concerned about my vehicle.

It is a small place. You see the same people and they are nice and friendly. They always seem to be making sure that I do not get something done that does not need to be done.

They told me because the car is so new that I did not need one. I never had any difficulties. We have used them for years. There has been a long wait, but on notifications, we had a vehicle that we could use instead so we basically told them there is no hurry. They never told us that it would take a long time or there is going to be an extra time.

My beloved, but old 90 Honda (333,500 mi) finally had to have a replacement catalytic converter as it failed state inspection due to emissions. If it just had lasted one more year it's emissions would not have been part of the inspection. The car had been inspected at a different location. Plano Auto Hospital worked me in by appt the following morning, took me home while the repairs were done - then came back and got me several hours later. After fully evaluating the veh I was called and told the problem and quoted a price. This is quality service. Their price was fair for the work done and I am back on the road with a minimum of hassle. Many thanks Kelly and Kay.

He is very thorugh and keeps you informed as to what the vehicle needs. They have done excellent work and the pricing has been very reasonable. They also will take you back to work or home, when you drop your vehicle off and will pick you up when the work is complete complimentary. He explains very clearly the work performed and does not do unnecessary labor.

The service was excellent and timely. Only issue was re-alignment of hood latch.

I was very satisfied and they did a good job explaining everything. They don't make me feel confused when talking with me either. Competitive pricing and auto mechanics are ASE certified. You may pay a little more, but you're getting good quality work done.
