I did not give them an "F" because I never found out how well they provide services.
They may be out of business.
I googled appliance repair and found Sidney. The recommendation from Angie's List didn't hurt, but what most impressed me were the recommendations posted on his website - http://appliance-repairs-plano.tx-biz.com.
I called him, we were able to set up an appointment in the next few days (at the end of the day, because i work), he arrived on time, diagnosed the problem almost immediately (knows his computer codes!), and fixed it in the same visit. He is in every way a professional.
