Bryan was great to work with. He showed up on time with a fully stocked van. He was able to quickly diagnose the issues with the sprinkler system at the house I purchased. He and his employee quickly replaced 12 sprinkler heads along with the initial test and post-install test in an hour and a half. Would absolutely recommend and will personally use again.

This is a super nice family company to do business with. Setting up an appointment was easy, pleasant, and Bryan was out on time two days later. I was a bit concerned about the hourly labor rate ($95), but those fears were put to rest seeing how efficiently Bryan went at it. (In order to help get the most out of Bryan's time, I marked out all the heads with flags I got at Lowes.) The job took 2hrs which included:

- quick inspection of the system/settings and quick once over with me about city water rules and requirements

- running each cycle to test and verify the issues I had noted (we did find additional issues such as another worn-out rotor and some heads that were way to low - he gave me choice to address right then as part of the which I appreciated)

- replacing 3 rotors, replacing 2 spray heads (one of which had been crushed into the ground and had to be dug up down to the supply line to fix), and converted an on-ground sprayer into a shrub riser-sprayer (Bryan uses high quality commercial heads, and the parts added up to about $140)

- raising a couple sunken rotors (Bryan also had me watch how to use an adapter to easily raise up a head should I need to in the future and wanted to save a little money.)

- and finally, he tested his work for leaks and adjusted spray/pattern

Months have now passed and everything is still working fine as expected. No question I would have Pearson come out again for any work my system needed. In fact I'll be doing so again soon...we are having a shed built (yes, using another Angie's List craftsman of course) which is going to require some creative sprinkler re-routing.

Initially when we called, we were given an appointment the following day. However, he had a time slot open up on the day we called. Bryan very quickly diagnosed the problem which was a loose compression fitting off the water line to the house. Bryan quickly tightened the fitting and our leak was fixed. He had to dig up some grass and replaced it. Looked as good as new except without the leak. Appreciated his quick response and attitude.

Brian arrived on time. He was very professional and is an excellent communicator. I recently purchased a home (built in early 70s) which had been neglected for some time. Brian checked out the system and explained the options and his recommendations. He is very considerate of your time and budget. He works on repair and replacement of sprinkler systems. Recently I had a lot of work done on the house and asked Brian to return just to check out the system again. Just like before, he took care of my system promptly and economically. He told me about the significant savings (system can pay for itself in one summer) in situations where the system needs simple changes reducing water usage. Also, I office out of my home. He really was accommodating about my calls, etc. I recommend Pearson Sprinkler Company without hesitation. Excellent.
