We have gone there for years. I don't remember the exact number but I never feel like I am overcharged. I keep going because of the quality of their service. They have always handled all of our own dogs as well as our foster care dogs. They were the preferred location for the foster care dogs. I have never had any animal resist going into the clinic at all, even after they have been there before.

Had appointment, but did not even go back to a room for about 50 minutes after appt time. Crowded waiting room, which isn't great for my dog. At my old vet I could be in and out in 30 minutes, but I was here for almost an hour and a half. Probably won't go back. Staff was friendly and they did treat us well, just chaotic atmosphere.

I would NEVER take another animal to this awful place. I had been there twice with my pets when my beloved cat, Daisy, got sick while I was out of state. The person watching her for me had no money to pay for treatment and even though my cat was SCREAMING in pain, they wouldn't take my credit card over the phone. They would only take it if I was standing in front of them. My poor, sweet cat had to be driven 45 minutes away to a vet I did business with in order to get treatment. I'm sorry to say that she passed away. Would Parker Animal have been able to save her? We'll never know because they chose to let her, a cat they had seen before and treated...suffer. I hope no one ever treats them or their loved ones so callously. Don't go here if you love your pets. They truly don't care.

I would not recommend anyone on the first go. I actually travel because all the ones I tried that I could are 3 or 4 times the price. It is excellent. I actually had a bad experience with a groomer and the dog came back with a broken jaw and that is how I found them. They are like a perfect 'A'. I have never had a bad experience.
