Steve has good prices and whenever I call he spends whatever time is needed to explain and give his opinions on issues or treatment plans. His expertise and being available by phone so easily is well worth the price. I probably need another season to fully assess how well his program works from a weed control perspective.

Overall the service has been very good. The only issue I have is with weed removal in our front beds. The weekly crew does not seem to weed, but after a call to our account manager he will immediately handle the problem. I normally have no patience for incomplete tasks, but due to the responsiveness and professionalism of our account manager, I am able to over look this issue. During the installation of our french drain they provided excellent advice and performed the job well. They were willing to come out and replace, at no cost to us, small portions of the lawn that did not seem to take. Service is very good, but not always perfect. The key to this company is the responsiveness and professionalism. This is more important than the minor issue here or there.

Good job with the weekly mow/edge/blow. If you were just wanting someone to consistently show up and do those services only, then they can maybe handle it. But don't call and ask them to do anything else or change the routine. This is not so much a full-service landscaping company as it is a mowing outfit.

Seems like they aren't all on the same page. One guy would recommend services, then when I called the main number and got it scheduled, they didn't show up. They argued with us that services were performed that obviously had not been. They never missed an opportunity to bill us, and would not adjust the bill when they didn't perform all the services.

They do a good job. They are responsive and come when they are supposed to.

They came out and gave me an estimate that was significantly lower than others I had received. They promptly came out when the said they would. Unfortunately, when I returned home from work, I found the work had not been done to my satisfaction. I called them. The man who had supervised the work called me back immediately. He apologized and was out early the next day and completed the job satisfactorily. I also received a call from the owner/manager. He promised to inspect the work that was done the second time and would have them come out a third time if it were not done to HIS satisfaction. The only downside was it did take two visits and I had to call to get them back out. Because of the professional way they handled it, I shall continue to use them.

I found them through Angie's List and so far they have been good. They come out weekly. They have been consistent so far. We have had issues with another service provider that we had used. They have just been solid; it's not that they were spectacular. With the luck that we have had with mowers in the last two or three years they are pretty refreshing. That alone has been pretty good. Through the months that they have been doing it for us they are good. The price is the same as everybody else, it does not stand out as better.

Steve made a date for service to be done. He did not keep his appointment and did not call to cancel or reschedule. When confronted, he lied. He made yet another commitment for lawn care. He again failed to keep the appointed time. His people showed up without notice, and my pet was in jeopardy. When I confronted him, he again lied saying he had preformed the service on a Monday rather than Thursday when he actually did the service. I was home on Monday and know for a fact he did not show to preform the task. There was evidence of his staff's visit on Thursday. I do not recommend this company and believe this owner will lie when the truth would work better. He repeatedly lied and from my experience he commonly makes falsehood his business practice. Don't expect this man to tell you the truth.

They have been good so far. The guy that set me up over the phone was very helpful and was very flexible with the payments and allowed me to pay over the phone with a credit card.

Provided a bid significantly less than competitors. Performed all work bid and some additional work at a nominal extra charge.

They are prompt and come out when they say they would. I think they had to come out a couple of times. If they cannot come or if they would be late by a couple of days they would let us know. They are good.

We started having them come in the summer of 2010. They are always on time and do a good job. The price is reasonable. When I have spoken to anyone, they are courteous and pleasant which I really appreciate. I pay monthly which is more convenient for me.

This company is extremely responsive and will work for your business. I have been very happy with the results of their work thus far. I wish that they had tilled the yard prior to laying the sod to get rid of the Bermuda. MSMA was used to kill everything prior to laying the sod, but it is coming back up through the St. A. I'm confident, though, that we will be able to manage the Bermuda in the Spring.

The work described performed was saisfactory. There was an incident involving sprinkler system work by a third party that involved some authorization issues, but I belive that has been resolved.

The work cost me $1100. They were easy to work with. They were very personable. I spoke with George. He came out and looked at the work. I got good service. They do my lawn occasionally and I will continue to use them in the future.

I've had very positive experiences with them. They were very responsive when I initially called. They are always out here within a couple of days, get the work done quickly and do everything I ask for. They do a good job on the lawn every week.

Spray guy arrived promptly, did a thorough job.

They are very responsive and they know the neighborhood. They always do a great job, I never have any issues. Even though I am not usually around, he always gets the job done on the day he says he will.
