We purchased an Angie's List 2 hour service coupon for $115.00 The technician appeared on time and fully completed the system corrections described above. Connecting the A/V amplifier and the loop amplifier required addition time because it's an uncommon task.. However, the technician completed the tasks and did not charge us for it. A thoroughly professional and satisfactory outcome!

I would definitely recommend New Era Technologies to anyone interested in either home theater, music system, home automation system, and/or Direct TV set up and installation. We just moved into a new home and I could not be any happier with my new set up!!! Everyone was great to work with and very knowledgeable and professional. Just give them a call!

Erasmo and his team are great to work with, and trustworthy. They are excellent about following up and responding if there are follow up items.

I talked to the office on a Thursday.  She called me back to give me an estimate and schedule the appointment, for the following Tuesday.  After waiting a couple of hours past the appointment time and no one showed up, I called.  The owner answered the phone and was very apologetic.  His office person was in the hospital and they were having problems with their scheduling system. He said they would give me a call back with the hour and once again I waited.  After he didn't call back, I tried again (getting toward the end of the day).  The owner was again very upset.  He said they could not make it that day.  Then I explained that I needed the work done ASAP because I had other work being done that was dependent on his work.  I asked if they could come first thing the following day.  He asked for a time and I said 8:00 am.  He agreed and told me that he would give me a deep discount to make up for the mistake.  HIs employee, Miguel, showed up promptly at 8:00 the next morning and got to work immediately.  He also apologized for the mistake.  He did an excellent job, was very professional and friendly.  He cleaned up after himself and when he presented the bill, it had indeed been deeply discounted.  Later the same day, the owner again called to check that everything was satisfactory and apologize again.  The work was excellent and I really appreciated an owner who was concerned when things were not going well.  I will use this company again for the kind of work that they do.
In regard to the punctuality rating:  B seems fair since they missed the first appointment but were right on time for the second.

Erasmo is awesome.  I think the fact that I've had him come out to my house for two separate projects tells enough of the story.  If I wasn't extremely satisfied with the first time, I would have never asked him to come out a second.  But I know that if I have a project to perform, I just email or call and I have confidence that the project will be done correctly, on time and within the original cost estimate.  He always provides an estimate up front and details the job very professionally.  I've had to deal with a lot of third party contractors and service industry people over the past few months.  But Erasmo is the only one I know that if I contact will get back to me almost immediately every time.  I ask him for something, he comes out within a day or two for the consultation, he provides an estimate almost immediately, and then he's usually out within a day or two to start on the job.  And Erasmo and his crew will work until a job is finished.  I've never seen guys work so hard in my life.  They don't leave until the job is done.  I love the fact that I have a guy like Erasmo who I can contact no matter what and I know he'll be able to take care of my requirements.  I'm already trying to think up new projects that I know he'll be able to handle.  Home automation is something I'm interested in exploring in the future and when I decide to take the plunge on that, New Era will be the first company I get in touch with.  I would, and have, recommend him to friends, neighbors or anyone else.  He's extremely knowledgeable, hard working, responsive, and a very nice guy.  That's a really hard combination to find among people in this or any industry.  The A grade I gave him was well deserved and I guarantee you I'll be calling him in the future for whatever additional cool projects I can come up with that my wife agrees to.
