Natural Blue Pools

Awful.....

We were required to make installment payments at different times of the construction.  The last installment was due when the deck was poured.  There are still many items to finish and at  this point  the pool company has all your money.  The communication was horrible during the entire process.  There was NO supervision on site and we the homeowner had to watch them.  Spa rock was wrong and the installation of the rock was so bad that we had to make them tear it out and redo it.  The owner Mike Murphy and his "supervisor" Neil Murphy would ignore calls, not return calls, and not tell us when they would stop by.  After one week of the deck being poured we started having lifting with some of the flagstone rock.  Of course we were told that it would be fixed but that didn't happen.  A week later there were extreme cracks showing up in the deck.  In the next few weeks we had lifting of the deck and it caused the coping to lift off the shell of the pool.  After repeated calls and being told they would come look at it on Jan. 4, 2012 they send out the salesman to appease us.  His words were this just happens.  Our pool has not even been finished yet!  The mastic sealer has not been done, the fountain for the spa has not been done and the deck looks like the pool is 15-20 years old. There is lifting of 2-2.5 inches around the pool deck where it connects with the coping. The owner of the company will not even come talk to us about this situation.  We have no other option at this point but to have someone else fix it and file a lawsuit.  DO NOT USE NATURAL BLUE PACIFIC POOLS IN MCKINNEY, TEXAS.  There is no customer support with this company.  As soon as they get their last check (before the pool is finished) they disappear.  If I were them I would be  embarrassed to put my name on such a disaster.  I have pictures if anyone would like to see them.  The workmanship of this company is horrible.
