Very spotty service. It was a mystery if or when they would show up, and they would often only be here for 5-10 minutes. Just checked security camera logs and discovered we have not had service in almost 2 months, yet bills continue to arrive. Impossible to communicate with them - tried text, email, and phone but no response. Terminated service. I highly recommend you avoid Mountjoy pools.

They gave me good service. The owner of the company is the one who did the inspection. He was there when he said he would be. He inspected a preexisting pool and that?s it.

Bart's assistant showed-up on time and quickly removed the dead air blower and installed the new replacement air blower. He had to even off the pipe fitting into the air blower and repair some of the electric wires. He spent some time explaining the air blower, how it works and ways to avoid problems including overheating. Fast and efficient, as usual from this company.

Excellent. Very professional, called when he was running a little late so we would know when he would arrive. Cleaned up the area and left everything working like new. Excellent Experience.

They are very thorough, they give us good estimates. They do the work that they say that they are going to do and they do a good job. They are here every week.

the owner just has a way with pools and know just what to do. He was not too punctual, but knowledgeable in what he does and did a good job. The helper that actually came out and cleaned the system made a big mess, but the owner Bart is good.

Bart is very professional. He will always be my first call in the future when I have any kind of problems with my pool or Polaris. Unfortunately, I just signed a 6 month contract to have my pool cleaned, or I would use his company for that too.

I sent a service request through Bart's online contact form and he replied within hours. We scheduled an appointment for him to come and review the current equipment and set-up, which he got onto his calendar within two days. He analyzed the equipment making notes and then went back to his office to prepare a quote, which came back in 24 hours. After accepting the agreement, we were put on the schedule for him to prepare the work. There were a couple hiccups in scheduling, but they were minor. He arrived in early afternoon and worked through dusk to get the job done and done right. At the end he even carried off the old pool heater, which he didn't have to do, but was a nice touch. He left the area around the equipment in very good shape and far better than other service companies, I've had.
