Miracle Maids Cleaning Service

It was wonderful! Very pleasant (Maria) and willing to do whatever was asked or needed. Would recommend her service highly and will use again. Better than any others we have had. 5 stars on a 5 star scale.

Keri was absolutely wonderful! She arrived on time on a Sunday, she had made a special exception for us due the tight time constraints. She cleaned the entire Kitchen, including the stove top, oven, refrigerator, floors. The cleaned the bathrooms top to bottom and the front entry way. The house smelled fantastic and she finished 30 minutes before the new owners toured the house! I am so grateful for her professional service, Miracle Maids are truly Miracle workers!

they were punctual. Owner did walkthrough before they started to get specifics, then dispatched her crew of 3 ladies. they worked non stop. my complaints were that I had to point out areas (ie baseboards, fan blades) that needed dusting. if they're seasoned cleaners, they know this. worst of all, after I paid them and they left, I found one nightstand in my daughter's bedroom completely collapsed, with the legs simply laid on the floor underneath. called to report it immediately. owner kept saying and quot;I want you to be satisfiedand quot;, then asked what had happened. I told her I was not in the room but that one of her cleaners had damaged a nightstand and said nothing to me or to her boss. can't believe the owner is asking me what happened............ she seemed surprised when I told her to ask her cleaning person what happened. owner has good skills but dishonest employee. wonder what else was stolen or broken?? why couldn't the cleaner just have admitted what happened to me and to the owner BEFORE they left, rather than makingme have to report it?? I don't trust this service............

Really professional, high end work. My guests commented on how clean and sparkly the house was. She worked around my schedule, and kept track of a number of small, extra tasks I wanted done. I'm really pleased! I've been having her clean my house for 8 months, and really love her friendly, positive attitude and the quality of her work.
