About us

In January 2004, Sewell made its first move into rapidly growing Collin County. The location, which is perched on a rise on the west side of Dallas Parkway, has extremely high visibility. This former Sewell HUMMER Saab dealership was converted to a MINI franchise in April 2011. The store has a unique personality befitting its clientele- complete with a MINI suspended from the ceiling and a fully stocked video arcade.

I chose the dealership for the type of car and their reputation for their work. I am satisfied with the automobile I have. Usually when you take it in they will do a 30 point check or something like that. It will be printed out and discussed with the service manager. You have an idea of what they have done and what they might need to do down the road.

They are a Hummer and Mini coupe dealership. They did a good job. I would recommend that they use them for auto accidents if you have a general motors car. They got the car done two weeks before they said. My insurance paid it so I got to assume that the price was fine. The insurance did not balk at paying it. They filed the paperwork with the insurance company. The quality of work was good. I would use them again.

I got my second car after doing months of research. My first car buying experience was horrendous, so didn't want to go through the same bloody experience. It was between ford focus st and mini cooper. I loved focus too but mini is completely different. I was welcomed by Lenny but it was Adrian who took us for a test drive and showed us the car. They never put any kind of pressure on us and I bought a certified mini hardtop from them. Customer service was amazing and I never regretted even a single bit till date. Sales part has been amazing but I really have to see how they would treat me when I go to service dept. I'm not sure about others but my experience at Sewell Mini of Plano had been amazing.

Certified car made much sense to me because they offer more warranty, oil changes and car washes for certain period for free. excellent service before, during, and after the sale.
Description of Work: excellent sales experience with Russ at Mini of Plano. They have also done my window tint and aftermarket installation of mud flaps to my Mini countryman. All handled with exceptional service. The actual buying process was very easy and had zero pressure. I visited the store multiple times before purchasing and never did I get a pressure sales experience. Will def continue to use this MINI dealer.

They performed as agreed. I mean I had no issues. They got it out before we expected and before they promised. Everything is fine. I think they really did a good job. The car looks good. Their price is similar to everybody else.
