Initially - great experience, like as in week 1-2 only. OH BUT THEY GOT OUR INSURANCE CHECK IMMEDIATELY - which was of the utmost importance to "get the work started..." 3 months later the work was finally completed - with the roof having leaks due to poor install. Had to followup at least 10x in writing without resolution, one year later, ended up paying out of pocket with another company to fix their mistakes. If you read any review that's positive on this company - my only guess is that the work was easy to complete by the company / and profitable for the company. Lots of promises made that were then poorly followed through on, with unexplained delays and poor communication on an ongoing basis. Would NEVER work with them again, buyer beware....

Fantastic! My home was damaged from the Hailstorms this past year, the team at Midwestern helped me by working with my insurance company to get my roof replaced in a short amount of time. I was very pleased with their work!

We were devastated to find out we had substantial hail damage on our roof. However, Mark, Michelle and the rest of the team at Midwestern Construction were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout our project. They assisted with our insurance carrier and were able to get supplements approved for additional work that the insurance adjuster missed. As a result we have one of the best looking roofs in the entire neighborhood, and we receive compliments frequently. We would recommend Midwestern to anyone looking for a trusted roofing contractor.

They were all fantastic! From the salesmen that initially approached me to the workers themselves. They were fast, efficient, and their customer service was such a welcome breath of fresh air by comparison to the other companies that had come by. God willing, we never have to endure another storm like the one that destroyed our roof, but if it does, my family and I know who to call. Thanks again, guys!
