Meineke Car Care Center

I have been going to them for about 6 years. Unlike other mechanics, they fix just what you ask for. If they see other problems, they point it out to you and offer fair prices. They won't just take your money.

I love the Meineke Auto Care on W. 15th Street in Plano. The manager (Azeem) is always there, and you always work with the same person. They always do a very good job, are very friendly and professional, and work to keep the cost of service down. I've had my Toyota Prius serviced there for the last 2 years, and have received excellent service each time. They email me when my service is due. A while back Meineke notiifed me that my brake inspection was due. When I went to pick up my car, I asked how much I owed them, and the response was that and quot;your brakes are fine, so we didn't have to do any work on them. There's no chargeand quot;. Another time, I was going to choose a more expensive option for oil changing that included tire balancing and the manager informed me that as I had them balanced before, that maintenance was not due yet, so I should choose the cheaper option.
