We used them for about 3 years. Like other reviewers, we didn't receive consistent service as promised. They pre-bill you before the month starts so you might be paying the same amount for 2 mows or 4 mows. They haven't come and cut the shrubs and cleaned out the flower bed in about 3 months when it's supposed to be monthly. We tried to be patient with them since they are a small company trying to grow, but after waiting 5 weeks for a broken sprinkler pipe to be fixed and them not coming weekly but charging the same, we had enough and cancelled the service. 

Chad, the owner, came to my house to evaluate my lawn and garden needs.  At that time, I felt his company would perform all the responsibilities that he had pitched during the consultation. So I decided to sign a month to month agreement for service.  This service also included sprinker inspection, leaf removal, seasonal fertilizing program, etc.  The mowing of the lawn was completed every 10-12 days as promised.  They do not come on a specific day of the week.  Actually all their services are based on a schedule.  One month you may pay 107.00 for 2 mowing of lawn and another month you may pay 107.00 for 2 mowing of lawn and an application of fertilizer.  According to the Chad's monthly email to all his clients, fertilizer application should be completed within a specific window.  The dates past without any application. I was patient and waited a few more weeks before addressing issue. Also, I requested a sprinkler inspection and the date was set.  Chad called back a few days later and said he had to cancel.  That was acceptable but Chad never communicated afterwards on a follow up date.  I felt my business was not important to his growing company.   So in summary, if you like to pay for services after it has been performed, this company is not right for you. They collect before some services are performed and keep you guessing when the next service will be performed.

I have been using them for a year now. They have not provided all of the services they say they will provide. Over the past few months I have had to nag them repeatedly in order to get them to trim the shrubs - and they've only done that twice in 8 months instead of monthly as quoted. Getting them to respond to a request is difficult as well. And don't even get me started on weeding the beds. They should probably have just raised their rates (I've been paying $110/mo +tax) if that's the root of their problem. I think they've gotten more business than they can handle. I'm going to help them on that front by hiring someone else.
