There weren't any problems purchasing this deal. It arrived in a timely manner.

Someone at Lowe's helped me to make sure I was looking at the right brand and their pricing was competitive.

I will continue to use them.

We went to store and header for garden section picked out type we wanted and took it to checkout. We loaded all pieces in a our small car and when we got home we thought we were one section short so called the store and they said they would make it right ,but when we put up the fence we had enough.

After years of experience we went right to the garden center and picked out what we wanted which was three foot high fencing. We loaded it into the car. When we got home we thought we were one short so called store and they said if we were they would give us one, but when we put up the fence we had all.

Everything went very well; the ordering and installation of the door was very smooth. The salesman at Lowe's (Brad in Millwork Dept.) was excellent at giving me information and ordering the door. (A salesman at another Lowe's in this area was not helpful at all). The door came in early and Doug Thompson (installer for Lowe's) delivered it and installed it early. Doug also did the initial measuring to make sure the correct size was ordered. The installation was a little difficult because my house is 20-25 years old and the door frame wasn't perfect. Doug was always on time and the door looks and functions great. During this process I also received calls from Mark (Supervisor) at Lowe's checking status, etc.

Theresa, the salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about the many window treatments in the store. Sarge took the measurements and was also the installer. He was prompt, friendly and proficient. The blinds fit perfectly and look great. I did a lot of research before buying these due to the cost of the sheer verticals and Lowe's price was equal to or less than the other places I checked. I also like that there is no pressure to buy. A bonus is that we had all of our downstairs windows measured when he was out, but due to the cost of the large one we only did this one area. Since I have this sheet, we won't have to have someone out when we decide to do the rest.
