Description of Work: William "Billy" Pulley arrived at my door in March looking for work trimming trees. I hired him for that work which he performed well and in a timely manner. He subsequently provided me with a quote to install a french drain in my front yard, plug my lawn with zoysia and top it with peat moss, install a couple of bushes in the backyard and treat the yard for fireants and other lawn pests. He requested partial payment up front to cover the cost of supplies. He arrived the week of April 9th and partially dug a trench to lay the french drain, and he hasn't been back since. I was only able to contact him once since then, on 4/23, to ask when the work would be completed. At the time he promised to be out the next day, and of course, I have not seen him or my money since. When I tried to call this week, I received a recorded message that his number could not be reached - so he has either blocked my number or his phone is no longer in service. Either way, he took my money without completing the service I contracted him for. RUN the other way if you see this man show up on your doorstep. I now have to hire another company to complete the french drain he failed to finish installing as having a huge open trench in my front yard is not only an eyesore, but it is also a huge liability concern.
