Lone Star Alarm & Security

Terry with Lone Star Alarm came out and gave us a quote to hook up a new system using our old alarms infrastructure. All door and window sensors hooked right into the new box. The new box also has a cellular signal so a landline was not necessary. We also had Lone Star Alarm install a camera for the front door. The installation went well, a little longer than I anticipated and a little dirtier; however, Terry wanted to make me happy and even volunteered to get carpet cleaner for the rugs.
The mobile app associated with alarm.com and the service has been very nice and we are pleased with our purchase.

We travel frequently, so I was very concerned about security and wasn't well versed on the systems or exactly what we needed. Lone Star Alarm sent their representative to tour home to assess our needs. I was very impressed, because most reps come out to your home and try to up-sell in any way possible. Lone Star didn't do that. They took care of everything for us and we had a system installed and operational in one week. For anyone contemplating a new home security system, I recommend Lone Star for their prompt, courteous and professional service.
