Lincoln at Towne Square Apartment Homes

This apartment complexes management is extremely disorganized or lies to each other. I had been approved for an apartment at the Lincoln at Towne Square & the head of lease tried calling in regards to paying the deposit on the apartment. The head of lease was told that JLeigh who had been the leasing agent for us was not in the office at the time but would call back later. Apparently that message never got to JLeigh. I got a phone call later from her with her starting off by saying “you haven’t tried reaching out to me or responding to my emails”. 1. The only other email from her came that morning saying we had been approved & needed to pay a deposit ASAP. 2. Last week she sent an email saying she needed our IDs & paystubs, no message about the deposit. But JLeigh was insistent on being verbally abusive. She kept telling me “you don’t understand what I am telling you” when I was telling her we had called earlier & was never reached out before about sending in a deposit earlier by certified payment. She also said that we hadn’t called even when the head of lease has proof of the phone call earlier that day. She continued to put me down as I told her the head of lease called earlier, with her telling me “we work by email response only” THIS ISNT MENTIONED ANYWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE. You would think a proper ‘luxury’ apartment complex would work by calling their ‘future residents’ & not relying on emails. Plus when I accidentally mentioned the head of lease was trying to talk to someone about the deposit like a manager, JLeigh replied “why a manager, why would you talk to a manager” like she is afraid of someone talking to someone higher than her. TL,DR: Do not apply here unless you feel like being verbally attacked. If you apply here DO NOT work with the leasing agent/sales director JLeigh Chambers, or you will be treated less than human.
