We bought a new home and was originally "hooked" up with the mortgage broker that "most" of the customers used to provide mortgage broker assistance with the builder. We followed through with this "un-named" company and had a horrible experience which caused enormous frustration and anxiety. I knew we had to find another mortgage company quickkly.
