Terrible. On multiple occasions, services calls resulted in estimates for major component replacement (ie. furnace or coil) while under warranty. The warranty was essentially nullified in the estimate due to the estimated labor cost. In 2014, service experts found a crack in one of my furnace heat exchanger and recommended a new furnace. I directly contacted the manufacturer for part replacement and sought several independent bids for labor on the replacement and was able to significantly reduce the cost. I had to do all of the legwork. Service Experts was only interested in selling a new furnace. In 2018, a coil installed by service experts in 2014 developed a leak. The coil was covered by a 5 year warranty. I was hesitant to even call service experts, based on my previous experience, but I thought I'd give them one more shot due to the warranty. I explained my concerns while scheduling the appointment and was assured that I would not be charged a service fee for warranty work. The technician arrived and visually inspected the unit for less than a minute and retreated to his vehicle. He returned with a recommendation to replace the coil, sighting labor costs (same as last time). I was quoted a price for a new coil, nullifying any potential benefit from the warranty. He went as far as to say that maybe my attic was too hot, causing the crack. I was then charged a service fee for the 60 second visual inspection and estimate for a new coil. I was denied any attempt to speak with a service manager.

They put in my regular unit a few years back. I didn't do a lot of looking around, and signed a contract with them. I would say they are reliable, and they come out when they say they are going to come out.

Our original AC system from when our house was built 13 years ago finally bit the dust. We had been using Service Experts to maintenance the old system for the past 10 years. Since we plan on staying in our house for the indefinite future, we decided to upgrade to a high efficiency system. The crew (Brent, Bobby, Eli, Joe and Jared) were at the house all day installing the system. It was a very professional installation with good clean up. They went over the instructions on how to operate the very high tech thermostat and set up an account with Lennox. We are very happy with the product and service.

This company started out as a plain old air conditioning and that was in 1978.
The first time we used them would have been Winter. We have not had any problems with them.

We have been using them for 30 years. We have service contracts with them. Not on this trip, but they have installed units and repaired units. They have even installed attic insulation and redone our vents, the whole 9 yards. We pay them once a year and they come and do the maintenance on it. It is very, very fair! Quality is excellent! They are reliable, know the product, neat, very personable and very professional!

. I called number on the Coupon that I purchased from Angie's list. They said they didn't handle my area and transferred my to a different office who said they didn't handle it either because they did not have a promotion on Angie's List. They said that they would check with the bosses of both offices and call me back. I have not heard back from them.
