LDJ Gutters

Terrible. Service and lack of response/returned calls etc despite several promises by staff and even Lou (owner) over 6 weeks became ridiculous - went to another company. Oct 15' bid by 3rd party for gutters and LDJ could not provide basic follow up information on the product to be installed despite numerous follow ups and promises for someone to get back to me. Some of the poorest experience from a company I have dealt with in a long time. No less than 9-12 messages left over approx. 6 weeks with 5 actual conversations where they promised to get back to me and never even returned the call. Can?t imagine a company like this would be recommended on Angies List and rethinking my support of your site as a source for services.

Install went okay. Later found that the pitch on the patio gutter was incorrect and water was collecting at a corner. Took 2 trips to correct it but it was finally corrected satisfactorily.

I called LDJ Gutters after finding them online and really didn't know what to expect. (I had not had a good expeience with other gutter companies in the past.) However, from the moment I spoke to one of their representatives, I knew I had found the right company to help us with our rental property. LDJ Gutters is a group of highly knowledgeable, experienced, and customer focused individuals that gave us an honest and competitive price from the start. Nothing worse than getting an estimate, only to be told later that they made a mistake and my price would be double than they originally quoted. This did not happen with LDJ Gutters and I appreciated how quickly they were able to help me from the first time I called in. It was apparent to me that make it a priority to make sure each and every customer is happy. Their crew was prompt, courteous and overall I was extremely impressed and pleased with the outcome. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing assistance with their gutters and home construction needs.

.It was a little bit confusing at the beginning of the process. I called Cowboy Gutters, but then all my dealings after that was with LDJ Gutters. Claimed that all installers work directly for LDJ but didn't explain why they operated under different names. Raised a small red flag. Also, the person on the phone at Cowboy Gutters basically wanted me to commit verbally before they sent out someone to measure and give an estimate. Raised another small red flag. In the end the price and warranty was better than others. $3.50 per foot and a 5-yr warranty on the installation and lifetime on the gutters themselves, but I don't have that in writing yet.
