The worst experience of my life! The shower is now leaking every where! Lazy J forgot to put insulation in the outside walls where the pipes run through. The tiles fell off the walls. They refuse to answer The phones when I call. I leave messages and text but no return calls. They trashed my bathroom and just left it that way. Poor workmanship. No professionalism.

Gorgeous marble  counters installed in kitchen!  The tile crew really worked h****** back splash tile installation that my daughter designed.  It also is very well done.  Do make sure to read the contract thoroughly and have it explained.  I  didn't and immensely regret!  Cabinet doors nicked, frames cracked, dings on several walls, and damage done to other property.  The company does not repair any of  these damages, and it says so in the contract.  Damaged several wood planks when they moved the refrigerator back.  Only replaced the worst plank so I am left with scuff marks on several planks where the refrigerator was dragged across flooring.  Wasted my time several days with no shows.  In my opinion there is lack of communicate between Jaclyn and her crew.  Although the product quality seems satisfactory(excellent in some) I will never use Lazy J Flooring again because of poor customer service.  I know I am difficult to work with at times, but I am the paying customer.

"I would first like to thank Member for her review. Reviews help us to improve our services where ever possible. Despite uncertainty of the origin of the scrape in front of the refrigerator I agreed absolutely to replace the damaged boards. Member signed off the job had been completed to her satisfaction. We did struggle with conflicting schedules through the holidays and one day due to installer injury. All the while I stayed in contact with Member. At some point prior to the repair she decided that she only wanted one board replaced. I didn't understand why, though as Member said, she was the paying customer. We were, and still are more than happy to replace the additional boards and any other installation issues under warranty. I am disappointed when we don't exceed a clients expectations. I have called Member in order to resolve her concerns. I look forward to her call. Thank you also Member for the nice comments on the marble and back splash.
