They were prompt in the sawing down of the old tree, once I gave them the OK. The price was reasonable, as well. I had to tell them what branches they were to remove, and still the cut off the one remaining good limb, and so I had to ask them to cut down the rest of the tree trunk, as well. (That made me very mad.)
Description of Work: I should have known better than to hire someone who comes door-to-door, but the price was so reasonable. Unfortunately,, I also forgot to inquire about the removal of the brush and tree trunk; they did not do this, saying that the 'City of Plano' would pick up the trash. Well, they will, but only to a maximum of 40#; the tree branches weigh more than this. The trunk alone weighs in excess of 200# (by my estimate). I advertised it on Craig's List as free firewood, but no one seems to be interested. Now, I have to pay someone else to remove the wood. As a warning (as if anyone needs such, as apparently I do), never trust a door-to-door service without getting a complete price, including all the services provided. Its always better to ask for a license, as well. And, a bonding company.
