They do miss an appointment once in great while, but they make up the appointment.  Furthermore, they do great work and charge very reasonable rates.

I have a pre-paid annual contract with the provider and they are supposed to mow my lawn every week.  They have not been here for 3 weeks and I have been unable to reach them.  Their lawn service, when they show up, is ok but since the cost is low, I have accepted it.

Lauras hung a door advertisment with a very low estimate to maintain our lawn. Not believing the cost I called. Service start about a 2 weeks later. My yard has high/low spots which did not accommodate the large commercial mower they use without noticable scalped/long areas but in general for the price the job was satisfactory. Over the course of two summers the service was inconistently performed with no notice when mowings would not occur or were to be rescheduled. Issues with their teams late last summer also resulted in stolen payments. This summer ended with no services provided for a month with no communication or follow-up. We decided to finally find a new lawn service when scheduled service was not provided we we failed to leave payment on the porch, after yet again, our service date was changed with no prior notification. If you need an okay, inconsistant, very inexpensive lawn service and don't mind doing the work sporadically yourself - Laura's might still be for you.

I have been using them for 4 years and they have generally done a good job. Like with any lawn service company, I check my sprinklers every couple of weeks to make sure none are missing due to the mowers. When I have any requests or complaints, the best way to contact them is via email - I usually get a reply within a day or two.

I give them a "B" overall and I will use them again.

Had multiple mowers who were able to cut my front and back yard in less than 15 minutes.

They did an okay job cutting the grass but were sluggish and not very good. We had to pay them again. My husband didn’t realize a couple of times that I had paid in advance, and so he would give them $25. They didn’t honor their commitments. So we stopped using them. They were kind of hard to get in touch with. The lady was usually pretty good about emails, but I think she felt like she didn’t have any control over the people that did her services. I guess the people that work for them are not good. The price was good though. We would not recommend them to others and would never use them in the future.

I pay for the whole year up front and get a huge discount. I schedule for the whole year and they just show up unless the weather is bad. We have been working with them for about 7 years.
