Norma is in a class all her own! The very first time I met Norma I knew the process was going to be great in my search for a new home. I have an older parent living with me and travel every week for my job. As you can see, I needed a home (notice I don't say house) that two adult women can live in without running into each other all of the time. I thought I knew what I wanted and where I wanted to live. After listening to my needs, Norma mapped out a plan and we spent a few weekends looking at houses in the area I thought I wanted to live. We both knew the houses we were looking at weren't perfect, but they were in my preferred area and price range.
Norma did mention I may be better off building and reference a couple of locations not too far from my current home. I immediaately said the first time 'I'm not interested in building'. But after looking at the availability on the market, I quickly learned I will need to build to get that layout I needed for two adult women.
Also, Norma mentioned a location near my sister as I said it was important to be somewhat close to my sister so she could check on our Mom. Once again I said 'I dont' want to live that far north'. Well, once again Norma was right on! I'm building a home 5 minutes from my sister with the perfect layout in a fabulous locatoin. Norma made this happen!
Norma has been with me every step of the way to viewing the layouts, the lots, and everything to do with everything. My new home will be ready in June, 2014 and Norma has already been with me to the design center to help with the colors and options and smaller changes to the layout of 'my new home' and will continue to be with me until I move in. In fact, I know Norma and I will be friends forever.
Norma is also getting me ready to sell my home with great suggestions and it won't break the bank to get my current home ready. Norma has been realistic about what I can expect for my current home and her record speaks for itselt . . . . Norma sells homes fast at a great price for the seller and the buyer.
