The repair was fast and he had all the parts with him. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was also quite affordable. I will definitely be using him again. He came out quickly and really saved the day.

Todd and his crew did an excellent job. They were very professional. Todd did more than what was agreed to. He fixed problems that were not seen until the old equipment was removed with no mention of extra charges. Todd now has a customer for life. Todd had been working on my old system for a little over a year, before it finally died this spring. A friend had given me his name and number because I'd been getting over charged for services I hadn't needed from "other" companies. It was an old system that was original with the home. Todd had been out 3 or 4 times with very reasonable charges in the past. When he came out because the system wasn't cooling, and he gave me the news that it was going to have to be replaced, he didn't even charge for the service call. The next week, he installed a new system that I'm extremely pleased with. Todd is professional and personable, and as long as he's in the business and I'm in the area, I'll continue to use him. I'm very happy with the new system that I can control with my phone. :)

Todd seems to be an honest provider of a quality service. I highly recommend Kool Koncepts because when it's 100 degrees outside and you have a broken AC, you want someone honest.

The AC wasn't working. Todd spent some time figuring out what the issue was. He was able to fixed it and now the house is nice and cold! We used Todd several times and he was very accomadating to come after "business hour" since I don't get off work until 6.

When my air conditioner went out I called a couple vendors.
The first Vendor said that it was not fixable and I needed to replace everything for $5,000+.
I then called Kool Koncepts to get another estimate. Todd looked at it and said he could get it working even though it was 20 years old. He spent half an hour on it and it has worked for a year now with no issues.
He let us know how to maintain it and what problems to look for so I felt very comfortable with the work.
I would use him for my next AC emergency.

I compared his quote with another Angie's list highly rated contractor on the same system options. His was best on the mid range system that we selected. His crew removed the old system and installed the new system within the same day. Todd had to come back the next day to put back my security system sensor that he forgot that he removed to make room for moving the new equipment in my attic. He was very quick to response when I called him on any inquires. The heater work fine since the installation. He will come back later in spring to check/start our AC unit before summer. We have plan to replace another smaller heating and AC unit at our house. We will go with KoolKoncepts again for the second system replacement.

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I contacted multiple Heating and A/C contractors that were certified by my choice of equipment manufacturer. Kool Koncepts was the only one that mentioned that there was a $1000 per unit instant rebate that could be applied to my purchase. Their bid was already the best bid, and the rebate made it possible for me to upgrade to the next higher level of equipment at the same price offered by the others.
Working directly with the owner Todd was a pleasure compared to working with sales reps from the other companies. Todd really knew his stuff and was very professional from start to finish. He came out the same day I called to examine my systems and he had the written estimate to me that evening via email.
On the scheduled installation date, they arrived precisely when they said they would. They even had the local manufacturer representative stop by (probably because I was buying 3 top-of-the-line units). The crews made sure they covered everywhere they would walk through the house and did a great job of removing the old equipment and installing the new units. Todd was there the entire time making sure everything was done correctly.
Due to a problem beyond the control of Kool Koncepts, they had difficulty getting one of the units to be recognized by the touch screen communicating controllers. Todd stayed late and got the unit working with my old thermostat. I really appreciated the efforts they made to make sure all the units were working before they left, even working into the evening. Kool Koncepts performed very well, even under a trying circumstance. It's easy to be good when everything goes well, not as easy when confronted by challenges outside their control. Kool Koncepts passed with flying colors. After several discussions with the manufacturers dealers technical support, and even the designer of the system, Todd returned the next day and solved the issue.

My AC used electric strip for heating and it was very inefficient. I decided to change in-door unit to gas furnace. The ductwork was poorly done so Todd decided to replace as much as he can. Todd is easy to work with. He gives reasonable suggestions. His crew are quick and professional. I enjoy the work.
