Yes, I recommend this pro
I like the technology and the fact that it makes you feel confident that you're using your time wisely and reaching for actual goals.  When you work out alone with no guidance at other gyms (and I've been a member of all the major gyms), it's hard to feel this way, unless you hire an expensive personal trainer.  Since everything is tracked by computer, you can see your results in "black and white" which can be the determining factor in whether someone stays on their exercise program or not.  When people doubt, that's when they rationalize not to work out, and then they eventually quit.  At Koko Fit, you're motivated to keep at it, even when things get tough, because you know you're going somewhere!

I have been a member there for the last one month and it is convenient. I really like it. The staff is very professional and very helpful.

"We appreciate the great feedback and hope are reaching your fitness goals. I did notice the C rating on the price and as you know we are not a gym but a personal training facility with customized plans. If you compare apples to apples this would cost you $600 - $1200 dollars per at a person training studio and we are less than $90 and are open 24/7.. You would pay for the monthly dues and $50 -$75 per session 4 times per week for 4 weeks. I would say this would be a solid A on the price rating but thanks for your positive feedback nonetheless."
