 + -1 moreI like the technology and the fact that it makes you feel confident that you're using your time wisely and reaching for actual goals. When you work out alone with no guidance at other gyms (and I've been a member of all the major gyms), it's hard to feel this way, unless you hire an expensive personal trainer. Since everything is tracked by computer, you can see your results in "black and white" which can be the determining factor in whether someone stays on their exercise program or not. When people doubt, that's when they rationalize not to work out, and then they eventually quit. At Koko Fit, you're motivated to keep at it, even when things get tough, because you know you're going somewhere!
Description of Work: I work out at this gym. The concept is unique and very effective if you stay consistent.
