Vacuum Cleaners
This store has everything we need including friendly advice on how to use our Sentria Carpet Shampoo System. Their prices for shampoo, bags and belts are reasonable. We have been very satisfied with all of our purchases. They are always courteous and take time to be sure all of our questions are answered.

I would definitely recommend Kirby Vacuum Cleaner Company of Plano. I called another vacuum store located at Preston and Forest Lane and they said they would examine my vacuum cleaner for ''free''. I said that's great and then I asked the question to clarify if I could simply pick up the vacuum if I did not want them to do the work and they told me that I would have to pay $20 to have the vacuum reassembled. So much for free. Kirby Vacuum on the other hand truly performed the evaluation for free. He removed the piece of plastic that was causing the noise and hindering the sucking motion and did not charge me at all. He said all he did was remove a few parts. I was so happy with their truly ''free'' policy that I had them go ahead and clean the vacuum cleaner and replace a belt. I figured that they should be rewarded for their good service. The servicemen were extremely friendly and patiently answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Great job, quick repair. Excellent Customer service. Went above and beyond by doing a thorough cleaning of vacuum cleaner. Convenient location, even brings their dog to work!

The work was done up to my satisfactory level. The vacuum cleaner is now working better than it was before. It is running extremely well and I am not having anymore problems.

QUICK WORK. THE VACUUM WAS LIKE NEW WHEN I GOT IT BACK. PRICE WAS FAIR AND THE STAFF OF WORKERS WERE NICE.
