The job went smoothly. There was an electrician and an apprentice. Both were competent, friendly and efficient.
They gave honest answers and made a recommendation for the next job which was more cost effective than I had estimated.

I called this company on Friday morning, December 16, because we had detected a strong smell of burning plastic in our dining room and were planning to leave town the next morning for a few days. The lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and, appreciating the urgency of our situation, arranged to have an electrician out within an hour or so. He promptly found the burned outlet, replaced it, and checked the other outlets in the dining room. He even appreciated our blind dog and related that he also had a dog that was going blind.

Overall, a very positive experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an electrician.

The job took approx 1 1/2 hours and both men were working the entire time. This was not an easy job and both men

were very up beat and explained everything they did. They also cleaned up after completing the job. I would definitily recommend them to my friends and co-workers!

The owner/estimator talked with my stepdad who was an electrican so the fact that my stepdad said he was a good man and knew what he was doing when a long way but what I really appreicated was the actual work that they did. After going back and forward a little to establish a date I told them I need a FIRM date and time as I work for myself and if I was waiting at home for their folks I could not make any money. The dispatcher ASSURED me that they stuck to their word. She said they would be there a 8AM and they showed up just a little after 8AM. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. I chatted with the lead electrican and it was clear from our conversation that he had been around for a while. THey completed all the requested work in a timely manner (quicker than I though it would take) including getting up in the hot attic to run wire and setup lights. They cleaned up after themselves (drywall dust). Overall I was very pleased and would use them again.
