KAS CLEANING has made the past 10 months so much more bearable. I had a great experience with Karina's team. They arrived at the time stated, were professional and very personable. I have also been pleased with the communication from KAS CLEANING team, which has been both personal (by phone) and via email. It has been such a blessing that my husband doesn't have to clean the house on top of working and providing for our family as well. With two young boys, it's one last thing I have to be concerned with and I get to enjoy more time with them instead of expend my limited energy on cleaning my house. Thank you KAS!!!

Alicy is the owner of the company and contact for estimates and scheduling. She was extremely professional on the phone and was very accommodating in scheduling a walk-through for an estimate. She arrived on time and was equally professional in person, in both demeanor and appearance. After walking through the house and asking for any special instructions, she provided an estimate that was just slightly higher than I had expected. She explained that a team of three would be assigned to our home and the same team would be consistently scheduled to clean our home. Although I had some reservations about the "team" approach to cleaning (I had always used individuals before), Alicy was able to address all of my questions quite satisfactorily and her professionalism earned her a try. So we scheduled the first cleaning. The crew arrived right on time, were friendly and professional, and got right to work. The first day took a little longer than I had anticipated, but they did an excellent job and I was quite satisfied. The next time they came they did the job in about two thirds of the time it took the first time, and that timing has continued. In summary, I am very pleased with the services KAS provides and think they are a bargain. They have exceeded all expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing similar services.

I was very impressed with the work the three women performed. They spent 7 hours ensuring that the house was spotless and in order. I am using them for regular bi-weekly cleaning because of the excellent services they provide. Two of my neighbors will also be using them!

They were excellent. They are fabulous. My 15 year old stove looked brand new when they were finished. It was a team of 3 women that finished in about 3 hours. It was amazing the work that they did.

We tried a couple different cleaning companies when we first moved in our house. Their work left much to be desired. Then I was fortunate enough to find KAS while doing an online search. KAS has been cleaning our house, on a bi-monthly basis, since 2009 and I can not begin to explain what an outstanding job they do! The Team of 3 is punctual, honest, hardworking and they deep clean. I must confess that I tend to be a bit of a germ freak and I am picky when it comes to cleaning. One example is I like base boards to be clean. Which means that sometimes a vacuum will not suffice and they also need to be wiped down with a damp cloth. On ocassion, a Supervisor will come by and look over the job while they are working. I love that KAS "inspects" what they "expect". I have also used their window cleaning service a couple times and they did a great iob,too. Alicy always goes the extra mile to schedule me in for additional cleanings, as needed through out the year, when we are going to have guests over, etc. Great customer service plus Hardworking, Honest cleaning teams = Happy Customer! :). They are great people doing a great job and I am thankful.

I contacted KAS Cleaners to do a deep move-in clean on a house I had just purchased. I was out of state but they seemed very professional and were willing to meet my realtor to let them in and leave a key under the mat after, which was really helpful since those are out of the norm. All seemed great until I showed up at the house. I'm not sure if the people even did a regular clean, but they certainly did not do a deep clean. There was still food in the refrigerator, gunk in cabinets and drawers, stuff on closet shelves, oven not cleaned, etc. I contacted the owner and she was very surprised (as was I based on all the great reviews on Angie's List and how professional they seemed on the phone). She said it was one of her best crews and that was not typical. She wanted to come out and see the place. I agreed and she showed up (an hour late, but I was just at home so it wasn't that big a deal, just annoying). She agreed that it wasn't to their standard and asked when the crew could come back. I didn't know because my furniture was arriving any day, but I wouldn't know when till 12 hours before so couldn't schedule a cleaning. I didn't want them to come afterward because the whole point was to have it done BEFORE everything arrived. I also didn't want them to show up and it to not be acceptable again. I said I'd rather just have a refund of all the money, but would accept part since it was possible they did some cleaning. The owner said she would need to check with her sister who was a co-owner. I said I understood and she agreed to contact tme shortly. The next day, the sister called me and SHE wanted to come out to see the place. At this point I had furniture scheduled to arrive and my husband had broken his foot, so I was not in a great mood. I called and left a frustrated message that I didn't have time to deal with this anymore and I was just going to have to clean the house myself, which was exactly what I did NOT want to do, which was why I called them in the first place. I admit my message was not very nice, but I was really tired of the run around. I asked for a full refund at this point because I had wasted too much time on the situation. I never heard from them again and never received any refund at all for services the owner admitted were not right. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

The cost is different because one week they do my upstairs and downstairs, and then the next week they just do the downstairs. On the week that they do both, it is about $150. They are great! They are really good. I have actually been using them for over a year. They are consistent and they don't slack at all. What happens is that when a housekeeper gets used to your house then they start moving slower and slower. They don't do that at all. They are very thorough and they do a good job. They are cheaper than the one I had before.

My townhouse has not had a good cleaning in about a year. Sure I keep with the surface cleaning but not to the level of details that Mom's expect when they come to visit :-) When my Mom told me she was coming for a visit and ran to Angies List. KAS Cleaning was not the first one I selected from Angies List. However they were the first one to answer the phone so they got the job. They don't use an answering service so I was able to talk to someone right away.
In short this is how my experience went:
- Quick to answer the phone
- Total price was inline with what I was originally quoted
- A team of 4 arrived and had my townhouse clean in about 3.5 hours
- Arrived on time
- Did a fantastic job.

Great. On regular maintenance cleanings (approximately monthly) they bring a crew of 3 usually, and in 2-3 hours they get more done than the two of us could do in a full day if not more. We save so much time using their services and they do a really great job.

We have used KAS in the past and they have always done a great job. The staff is efficient and they will do detail work (like dust bookshelves, ceiling fans, etc.) just let them know in advance. We will use them again.

I've had KAS come to my house twice. The first time was for a "deep cleaning" before my mom came to visit. I didn't want her doing any cleaning while she was visiting. Three women showed up and got right to work. They did a thorough job. I know because my mom, who used to clean and renovate apartments between tenants did not even attempt to do any cleaning.
The second time was for a maintenance cleaning - not as deep, but, hey, I'm a single guy, so it was needed. I've contracted with them to clean about every three weeks. So, yes, I recommend them, and I use them consistently.
