Gary took my $75 for the warranty service and never returned. He lied when he said he would reschedule later in the week to complete the work. Said he he didn't have the parts on his truck. (What plumber doesn't have PVC fittings on their truck!) Turns out he didn't want to do the work because it was too difficult.

Nasty, rude and unreliable. They were faxed on Friday by the home warranty company. They are suppose to respond within 24 hours. On Saturday afternoon after the 24 hours was up, I left a message with no response. I called their emergency number after that and again no response. They called me back on Monday and left a message. I did not call them back. On Tuesday they called me back and I told them I canceled the work order. She told me I needed to call the home warranty company and let them know. I then told her it was their responsibility and she hung up on me.
