The main thing is that we could leave our house for an appointment and come back, with no worries. Very professional. He new how to perform all the jobs that we set before him. He has done several jobs for us since January, 2011 and we are very pleased with all of them.

John was extremely thorough throughout the installation process. We had hired another company a couple of years back and spent $180 to get the door realigned and they put in a lousy effort; simply remounting and shimming the door without appropriate framing or stabilizing actions. John's work, in contrast to the other company indicated a dedication and level of knowledge that made the job a total success. It was wonderful to have a working door again after 5 years of slow deterioration in its functionality. John also went to the hardware store and bought a new door and hardware. I know this added time, as well as additional time spent correcting other issues with the framing. I asked him if we could pay him for the extra time spent to make the job right and he said he'd stick to his original bid. I'd certainly use him again for a bigger job.
