+ -1 moreManuel does an excellent job at a competitive rate. I have my lawn mowed weekly, and their work is meticulous. There isn't a trace of grass clippings or leaves left on hard surfaces. They are also extremely thoughtful and give me a moment to get my cat inside before starting work in the backyard. My yard has seriously never looked so good!

+ -1 moreHe told me it would be $30 after seeing my lawn, but when the work was done he wanted $40. When I called him about doing the lawn again, he told me it was going to be $50. The work was not done well.
