Not a hitch. On time, great explanation of everything they did and these folks are honest!

Several years in a row we had a leak in our system. The old company would come out and tell us we needed Freon. They added freon. That other company came out at least two times after that and did the same thing. Added Freon. Jim Kuhs came out and said we needed Freon. He said he will fix the leak so he does not have to keep coming out and adding freon. Jim fixed the freon leak just once and solved the problem. He charged us the same amount the others charged, and did the job right. IN ONE TRIP. If you hire Jim’s company you are hiring an honest bunch of people that take care of their customers.

Asked Jim to have a look. He has done other work for us in the past and been very honest and reliable. Recommended the best filters and charged for a service call. We will use him again!

We thought we were in need of freon. Jim himself came to the house to check everything out to see how the system was running. He has been out to our home many times and never tries to upsell us! He is as honest as they come and we won't do business with any other company when it comes to the AC in our home!

I have used him for years and I like him so I just use him. He is very honest, direct and is not going to recommend something that you don't need. He fixes everything and I am really happy with him. He comes in, does his thing and leaves. I think he is excellent and think his prices are fair. Sometimes he is busy so he is a little harder to reach than you want; but it is Texas and it gets hot. I will use him again in the future.

One (of two) A/C wasn't cooling. Jim was recommended by my friend. Very, very slow to respond to phone messages--over two weeks. Finally showed up, added freon, didn't charge because of delay. Looked at A/C to give estimate for reworking ductwork and possible replacement of A/C. Didn't send estimate even after repeated calls. I finally gave up and bought new A/C elsewhere. Nice guy. Seems knowledgeable. But I couldn't get him to respond.

The guy is really good at what he does. He is very reasonably priced. He is a very personable person who is easy to deal with. He also does really clean work.
