We had issues with our foundation which made a small portion of our backsplash crack about a year after we had the kitchen done. No questions asked, he got his tile contractor back out and fixed it for us immediately, even though the problem had nothing to do with them or their work.
We are now using Jim to build our new custom home in Blue Ridge. The process just started, but we are very happy so far and look forward to the final project.
