 + -1 moreJack and IT Wurm has helped with a few different services to help repair my HP laptop. He has helped me scan for data on an external hard drive in an effort to retrieve files that my wife had deleted, cleared a virus that my old antivirus did not catch, and helped repair registry errors caused by said virus. I thought that I would have to reinstall Windows, but Jack quickly diagnosed my problem due to a registry error. I was up and running in no time. One of the nice features about IT Wurm was that he was able to remotely access my PC and walk me through some of the features on my computer while on the phone with me. I really appreciated that Jack was not only able to repair my computer, but took the time to educate me about some no cost / low cost ways in which I could better protect my computer and keep it running smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody who needs their computer repaired by a competent and friendly repairman.
