Of the 6 items I needed done, only the two simplest items listed were completed in 15 minutes. I found it odd he did not have two 30 amp breakers in his truck, and offered to go to Home Depot for him to pick them up. The service technician said I would need to schedule another call to complete the remaining items. I would have been ok with the second service call, but instead I was sent an invoice to pay for all 6 items listed. Despite having photos of the work not completed, it still took several calls and emails to convince them that work had not been completed. I only wanted the work done. Once that proved difficult, I only wanted to be charged for the work they'd done in the 15 minutes. Integrity Electric was an unnecessarily frustrating company to do business with.

The company overall is good and they are local to Plano. When the initial review was done, they technician explain, in detail, how the outset wiring would be ran and about how long it would take. It took a day to get the quote, which caught me off guard with the price. I checked with two additional companies which came in higher, so I figured that was the standard pricing. When it came to the day to install the outlet, the technicians were about 45 mins late. Once they started with the installation, they were quick to get everything done (it was hot in the attic). Everything was done clean and the owners called me to followup on how the work was coming along. They did a professional job.

Took a few days to hear back after initial contact but then owner came out to quote the job on schedule. Techs also came right on schedule and did a nice clean job.

Integrity Electric was one of only 2 contractors that actually called us back and gave a bid.  The cost was half of the first bid.  The company is based on Christian values and it shows.  The work was done as promised and the cost did not vary.  The installation was professionally done and up to code.  A highly recommend them.  They communicate very well on email as well.  Given the rain, the job had to be rescheduled and I was notified promptly and given alternatives.  I highly recommend them, and I will use them again.

Integrity Electric is the BEST! I have used them a number of times. They replaced my Federal breaker box at a price far less than the competition! The workers are the nicest and are very professional! Highly recommend this company!

They came out on a very short notice. The under-counter lighting is beautiful. It is just wonderful. It was a real hard job and they did such a great job with it. They were here all day. We're having them over to do some more work. We were very impressed with them. My husband is a retired engineer and asked a lot of questions. They could not have been more patient and more tolerant of all of his questions. They were very, very nice.

The electrician did upgrade the service panel and installed a home surge protector as well as 2 copper poles to ground the unit. I am awaiting the final inspection by the city code inspector. The electrician did a good job (cleaned up after himself and explained what he was doing, which I was pleased with).

I was surprised that they responded so quickly within hours of contacting them Theresa called to schedule sending Bill out to give an estimate.
Bill was personable and timely. He quoted me on the spot and was eager to do my small job. He provided the recessed lights, wiring, ceiling fan box, and connectors. I provided the electronics.
Byron installed most of the system which included a Hampton Bay Ceiling fan with remote, 2- Klipsch outdoor speakers, a Samsung 42-inch smart TV, the mounting bracket, and a TV lock.
Byron consulted with me on placement of all equipment and the best way to conceal wiring and placement of additional electrical outlets.
I am impress with the quality of their work and cleanliness.
The job was performed on 2 separate days because i was also having an outdoor kitchen and fire-pit built.
I have and will recommend them in the future.

They came out and did the work. They have not come out since there were 4 city inspections. They have not returned calls or shown up. It has been two weeks since the last contact with them. The panel box is failing the inspections.

Not much to say here. I called and scheduled a time. The technician was prompt and professional. The work was done in a timely manor. I would definitely recommend them.

The electrician was wonderful. Worked efficiently and quietly. Had to go buy bulbs for me and that did take awhile. He said he had to go to three Lowe's and Home Depots to get all the parts he needed. He finally got everything he needed and came back and fixed the track and replaced all the bulbs. I would definitely use them again.

Our 6 month old oven had no power. They guickly found the problem in the breaker box and fixed it. I think they completed the job in 30 minutes or less. The oven is working great.

They arrived on time and worked quickly to get the job done. They cleaned up nicely when they where done. Excellent work, they definitely no what they are doing.

I had several flat screen TVs wired and hung. Bill did a wonderful job and worked through several issues that appeared behind my walls that weren't expected. He was very pleasant and explained everything he did to my very inquisitive five year old grandson. A great guy and wonderful work.

Great, service - very personable - great pricing

Wonderful! When I called to make an appointment for the installation of the dimmer switch, Bill was able to schedule me for that present week. A few days later, I called to ask if they would install electrical outlet for microwave and the microwave itself. They were able to do all of this in one appointment instead of booking a separate one for the microwave.
Terri arrived on time, was polite and professional. Got right to work on the dimmer switch. When it didn't work after he installed it, he patiently continued to work on it until it worked properly. Removed old and cumbersome vent hood from over the range. Was nice enough to haul in the extremely heavy microwave from the garage and install it. Was not an easy task, but worked diligently to complete the job. Was very neat-protected range surface before beginning work and cleaned up well after. Even took the old vent hood out to the alley for me.
There was an issue with the old vent pipe not fitting the new microwave.Terri explained that he could not do it but advised me on how to get it done. Within an hour, Bill (owner) called to ask about the vent situation and offered to come do it himself if I could not find a carpenter, even though they mainly do electrical work. Bill also dropped by during the install to check on the job, so I was able to meet him- I appreciated his attention to the job as well as his praise for Terri and his experience.
Overall, excellent customer service. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

The mirror (HUGE 8'x4' at least) broke while removing it to install the new light fixtures and outlet. Bill was professional and courteous, the solution was in place before he left and our new bathroom looks great. Great experience, about to bring him back for a second round of jobs.
