Hot Shots moved our daughter in 2018 and then moved our son in 2019. I recently contacted them for another move and was reminded why I call them. They are the only moving company we use. We were originally referred to them by friends. They will work with you to schedule. They will be on time. The movers are happy, kind, and professional. Always contact them first!

Tim and his 2 helpers arrived promptly at the scheduled time in a truck that we were concerned about holding the furniture and many boxes going to our new home. Surprisingly to us (not to them!) it all fit with room to spare! They took apart beds and unhooked washer and dryer--working quickly and carefully. When we arrived at the new place, they placed boxes in rooms as labeled, reasssembled the beds, hooked the washer and dryer back up and moved furniture items until we were happy with the placement. It was so pleasant to have these polite, respectful men help us with our move!

Moved my home office furniture to my work office. Same city. 4-5 guys came and had everything done in a few hours. Great job. Super nice people.

I wish we'd had the same experience others have had. Tim was quick to get us a flat rate quote, which in theory, sounds good. However, along with moving our 4200 sq ft home, they had 3 more jobs after us! Although the team was very respectful and professional, I felt like they were rushing to get on to the next job. They were accommodating and helpful, but the way boxes and furniture were left in our new home was very disorganized. Three of the door jambs had gouges from where they had scraped them with furniture. Our biggest disappointment, though, was in the discovery of several pieces of furniture that were damaged, nicked and broken, along with several broken items in boxes (mostly glass items that I'd wrapped in paper to pack) Overall, I guess I learned that paying by the hour may not be a bad thing if it keeps your possessions safe and free of damage.

The owner coordinated quickly to have the damaged railing repaired to our satisfaction. Very professional and pleasant to work with.

These guys know their business, they were on time, very fast, kind and courteous. Quality service with a smile. I highly recommend Tim Brown and his outstanding crew. I will be tell all my friends and neighbors about them, it was that much of a wonderful experience. I hate to move and really do not know anyone who enjoys it, but Hot Shots Delivery and Moving made it so much easier. They turned what could have been a bad experience into a great one!

After we purchased a new flat screen TV, we realized the old television was way too heavy for us to move on our own. I called Tim at 9:00 AM on a Friday morning to see if he'd be interested in the small moving job. He said he'd be glad to and arrived at our home within the hour! He moved the TV upstairs without a problem and at a reasonable charge. I'd be happy to call on him again.

Tim was great to work with! He is very punctual, professional and friendly. Pricing was very competitive. His team showed up on time-- he even called to see if they could start early! The job was done very quickly and efficiently, and nothing was damaged. I would definitely refer them to friends and would use them again without hesitation. Great guys and a great job.

Tim was responsive and professional. He and his assistant completed the job efficiently and were polite and respectful. This was a small job and his bid was the most reasonable of all the delivery companies I contacted. After meeting him and seeing his work, I'd be willing to trust him with a larger move.

They came by, did exactly what I needed and asked if there was anything else they could have helped me with. They were professional and courteous. They paid attention to detail.
