First call to this business was on Wednesday 5/6/2015 and asked bout the services
Called them back  spoke with Bistell and set up a pickup  time for a table and chair to be redone. The time was for Friday 5/8 at 10 am
On Friday I received a call at 11:30 from Bistell telling me that they would come out Monday morning at 10am
On Monday morning  at 11 am I receive a call from Bistell asking me if I will be around after 12. I could not I needed to go to work.
A new time for pickup 10 am Tuesday was set
Here it is Tuesday 5/12 and I called them at 10:35 . I get the  answering machine and ask if they are still coming out to pick up furniture. Bistell picks up the phone and says if you have something to do just go on and do it because Horace too busy to come out right now. She says we have been playing tag. (This is not playing Tag this is poor business practice). I have 2 jobs and I have scheduled around the pickups  . I just told her I would have to call someone else.
Maybe they need a cell phone or some  help but I would hesitate to use their services due to shady and poor business practice.

We called Horaceand quot;s Wednesday afternoon May 30 and set an appointment for them to come out and and give a price onwhat we wanted done. They came at 10 AM the Thursday May 31. They were on time. They looked at the love seat . They gave us a price which we thought was reasonible and took the love seat with them. They said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get it back.
They called us Wednesday June 5 that the love seat was finished, We went to there place of buisness and inspected the love seat. They had done an excellent job of repairing and refinishing the wood on love seat.
Thay also agree to delivery the lov seat to the upholster. They delivered it the same day.
They were very friendly, very knowledge and finished wth worl in a week in steady of the 2 to 3 weeks. Which is very unusual
in today service industry.
We would use them again.

Very pleased with the customer service and the quick turnaround on a difficult repair job. Horace's also polished the wood trim and had the chair looking like new again. The arm of the chair is sturdier than when I first bought it. Horace's also gave me the broken parts that led to the problem. Outstanding job!!

The entire experience was a good one. He seemed honest and knowledgeable. He did the work well and within the time frame he estimated. No complaints!

Needed a small, solid Cherry drop-leaf table refinished due to some water damage. Met with Horace and he quoted
me a price of $150 and told me it would look like new when he was finished. He wasn't kidding! Table looks great
and it turned out even better than I was hoping for. Very nice man and his quality of work was worth every penny! Would
not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone needing furniture repair or refinishing.

We've been very happy with his services. He's really fixed up some of our antique furniture!

Horace did an excellent job. The Singer Sewing Machine was a surprise for my wife. It has been sitting in our garage for many years, including sitting in Katrina flood waters for several days. I decided to have it refinished for my wife for Christmas. She was shocked and blown away at how it looks now after Horace worked his magic. The other small tables came out excellent also.
