I went to Home Depot to buy a couple outdoor lights. I don't know about lights and asked Bob in the electrical dept to help me. His was reluctant to help me. Exhibited an attitude like I was bothering him. He pointed to 2 walls and said "there they are." I explained I didn't know about lights and needed help. He asked where they were mounted. I explained they were on siding and on a brick wall and that an electrician said since they were halogens which drew too much current causing my breakers to trip. I needed to replace them with LED's. I asked him to show me comprable LED's. He pointed to a couple walls. So I selected one and asked how many watts and how long would they they last. Again he was reluctant to help and said I could read the back of the box. I wouldn't know what the electrical terms meant, which is one reason I needed his help. But I can't read the print on the box. I am 100% disabled and can do very little walking. And I recently had eye surgery and can't read print. I told Bob I'd just go to Lowes. I told my experience to the manager also. He said he'd talk to Bob. Others have told me of this same type of rude service.,This store has a long history of this type of associate bad service.

Their work was good but the price was too high. I started shopping around after they installed it and I found that the same unit for furnace (3 ton xr furnace and coil) from the highest competitor was $1200 dollars less.

They came in on time, even early! From the minute we ordered the floors to the minute we received them, we had been kept up to date regarding our order. They promptly called as soon as the floors came in, which was earlier than the original date. When we picked the floors up, it was a very easy procedure. We simply had to show our receipt and we immediately received our floors.

WE HAVE JUST STARTED THIS PROJECT & MONEY IS A TIGHT FOR US. SO, THE MANAGER AT THE STORE TOLD US TO BUY SOMETHING SIMILAR TO WOOD FLOORS WHERE YOU CAN APPLY THEM YOURSELF. IT'S REAL SIMILAR TO TILE. SO WE PURCHASED 2 BOXES, HAVE STARTED THE PROJECT, & CAN REPLACE OVER TIME INSTEAD OF DOING IT ALL AT ONCE. THE MANAGER WAS FANTASTIC AT LISTENING TO OUR FINANCIAL NEEDS & UNDERSTANDING THAT WE COULD NOT BUY IT ALL AT ONCE, BUT NEEDED TO BUY IT IN STAGES.

WE WENT TO HOME DEPOT & WERE ABLE TO REPLACE JUST A STANDARD FINISHED DOOR WITH HINGES FOR $55. IT IS NICE GOING TO A STORE THAT HAS EVERYTHING NEEDED INSTEAD OF GOING TO SEVERAL STORES. THE CASHIER WAS COURTEOUS & NICE. SHE ALSO TRIED TO SELL US A HOME DEPOT CREDIT CARD.

THIS WAS AN UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE ON MANY LEVELS. FIRST, WE ORDERED LARGER CAPACITY TANKS THAN THE ONES WE HAD PREVIOUSLY. WHEN THE INSTALLERS ARRIVED, THEY DETERMINED THE TANKS WERE TOO BIG FOR THE ATTIC OPENING. I FEEL THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISCUSSED AT PURCHASE, NOT UPON INSTALLATION. SO, WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE THE INSTALLATION, TAKING MY HUSBAND AWAY FROM WORK A SECOND DAY. THE SECOND TIME, THE INSTALLERS ARRIVED 3 HOURS AFTER THE 3 HOUR WINDOW THEY ORIGINALLY STATED. THEY LEFT AT 10:00 PM, LEAVING A TRAIL OF MUD, AND DIRT FROM MY FRONT DOOR TO THE UPSTAIRS ATTIC. AT 3:00 AM THAT NIGHT, WE WERE AWAKENED BY DRIPPING WATER. YES, THE INSTALLATION WAS NOT DONE CORRECTLY, AND WATER WAS COMING THROUGH OUR UPSTAIRS CEILING. WE HAD TO CALL THE FIRE DEPARTMENT TO COME, AND TURN OFF THE WATER. HOME DEPOT WAS UNRESPONSIVE TO OUR COMPLAINT, AND OFFERED US NO HELP IN REMEDYING THE SITUATION.

WE WERE VERY MUCH PLEASED. THE CONTRACTED PERSON, WHO DID THE MEASURING, WAS HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. HE SUGGESTED WAYS IN WHICH WE COULD EXPERIENCE COST SAVINGS BY RUNNING GRAINS IN DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS THAN THE NORM. THE INSTALLERS ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED AND DID A GREAT JOB OF REPLACING THE EXISTING CARPET AND HAULING OFF THE OLD, CLEANING UP BEHIND THEMSELVES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

GOOD SERVICE. IT TOOK A FEW DAYS TO GET THEM TO COME OUT, BUT THE DOOR IS GREAT.
