I was not willing to pay just to get an ball park estimate of cost if installation

They were pretty quick about getting with us and helping us out, so I'd say an A for responsiveness. We might use them again, it just depends. It's more towards a yes. They helped us pick out our washer and dryer. Well, we had pretty much picked it out ourselves, but they helped us with buying it. They did deliver it and take the old appliances away, that was really good.

If you don't know exactly what you need and where it is, there is nobody to talk to or help you.

I would be very careful that I select my own material as supposed to have them send them to me.

There was a time when the pickets were not readily available. The store that I dealt with here in Frisco was out of pickets. So, they made a request from another store, the Lewisville store. They sent the pickets. I ordered 84 pickets and 68 of them were split or had some deformity. They still sent them out. So, I had to deliver them to the local store here and I had to go up to Keller, where I actually was able to pick out the wood myself. So, that was a disappointing aspect of it that somebody had the nerves to actually send out that kind of product to a client.

I would use them again in future.

I will continue to use them in the future.

Purchased a new gas stove right before Christmas. They came in, removed and hauled off the old one, hooked up the new one, and was done in 30 minutes. Couldn't ask for better service. Ready to bake! BTW... It was the Home Depot in Humble, TX NOT Plano, TX.

I don’t deal with them that often, but whenever I’ve gone there I’ve been pleased with them.  I usually get good service and they’re very willing to help.  So things like that impressed me.  Everything’s a little bit high now but I guess the price is average there.

I liked the features I found on the washing machine over what I found at competitive stores. They took 20-percent off the price so that was good.

We went out there and sat down with one of their sales reps. She walked us through looking at different countertops. They came out to do the measuring and then we went back out there, bought the sinks, the faucet assembly, bought those home, and then waited for them to show up. They sent some experts and these guys came out and put it all back together. We were pretty happy with their work.

We use Home Depot because they are local. Sometimes it is hard to find someone to answer questions or find a person to help you within a specific department.

Home Depot has a wide selection of appliances in the store and an even bigger selection online. They delivered the appliances to our house as well. Everything about our experience was wonderful. Prices were great.

They are closer than another big box store so they are geographically conveniently located for me. I am there a lot. They could reduce their prices. I will continue to use them.

Everything turned out just fine with them. I did run into a few minor problems with my dishwasher but they were quick to take it back and return my money. I have been very pleased with this company.

Nigel was the installer; he had a challenge because I have water damage to the wall, so he was helpful and gave me some advice with that. He took his time, didn't rush, was very friendly and courteous. He really knew his stuff from being a tradesman in England for several years.
