WE WERE QUITE PLEASED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM AND EAGERNESS TO PLEASE. ALTHOUGH THE PERSON HELPING US WAS YOUNG, HE SEEMED TO KNOW THE BUSINESS AND ENJOY THE TASK. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO WORK WITH US AND COMPLETE A FINISHED PRODUCT WE WERE BOTH PLEASED WITH. HE HELPED US MAKE OUR MATTE AND FRAME SELECTIONS AND OFFERED SUGGESTIONS THAT WE HAD NOT ORIGINALLY CONSIDERED. HE EVEN SUGGESTED OPTIONS THAT WOULD SAVE US MONEY, LIKE A PRE-CUT MATTE VERSUS A CUSTOM MADE ONE. BEING ORIGINAL ART, WE WERE QUITE PROTECTIVE AND THE FRAMER TOOK GREAT CARE AS WELL. WE WERE QUITE PLEASED AND HAVE RETURNED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WITH ADDITIONAL ARTWORK TO HAVE FRAMED, ALL WITH SIMILAR POSITIVE RESULTS.
