They did a good job. They were here exactly when they said they would be. They were very efficient and I would recommend them.

Went to Home Depot, Lowe's and Ace Hardware - NONE could duplicate the keys and said I needed to go to a locksmith. Searched for a locksmith and had a "very difficult" time finding a "store front" (a real store/location). Found this locksmith and he duplicated one key as a test - And it worked. Today, I had five (5) more made. Cost for each key was $ 3.95 - Alittle pricey, BUT WELL WORTH THE MONEY as I accomplished my mission. Would strongly recommend them "especially if your key is hard to duplicate".

Very friendly on the phone; came right out when we could not get the new lockset on that we purchased; did a quality job although we were surprised they charges us $78.00 for the service call in addition to the $75.00 for the labor to install the lockset.
