I have used this vet for many years and I keep wondering why I haven't found another vet yet. The girls who answer the phones have a and quot;nice with attitudeand quot; tone and if I end up having a little disagreement with them over something, they always treat me as if I'm just stupid. As far as waiting when I take one of my animals in, it doesn't matter if there are no cars in the parking lot or 10 of them, I have to wait. I can be 5 minutes late or 10 minutes early and I have to wait. The techs who come in and take the animals back to weigh them are always good, nice and quick, but the vet makes me wait for some unknown reason. I have even heard him go around my room where I have been waiting to see another patient who wasn't even there when I got there. Then there is the issue of the bill - let me just say, this vet is saving for retirement or something - he isn't cheap!! You can see your doctor and get blood work for 1/3 of the price it will cost for the same services for your animal at this vet. Their pharmaceuticals are WAY overpriced! Like I said - I keep wondering why the heck I am still going there. They obviously have an issue with me personally or just have issues; I really don't know because I don't have issues with other providers I use. If you have plenty of money and don't mind paying what they charge, and your dog is relatively healthy, you will probably like this vet but just keep in mind that if you have to use them a lot, rather than treating their best customers well, they do the opposite! I'm actually signed onto Angies's List now to try and find another vet.

This is the second dog we have taken to him. He was just wonderful when our dog was really sick. He is an excellent vet! It is easy to schedule an appointment and the staff are very good.

I cannot say anything but good things about them. They are always amazing.

This hospital had very good doctors and they were very organized. Their price is outrageous, but they helped our sick dog. Their first suggestion was to have the dog put down, which we were against. But after numerous visits to the veternarians and the emergency room, theyfinally got the problem under control. This would be the last place we would go if we ever run into this problem again. I do not recommend this company.

I use High Point Animal Hospital for my cat s care regularly. They are very professional and very caring with the animals. The veterinarians on staff are very good and I am very pleased with their work. I feel as though their price could be a little lower.

The front end was very friendly and the building is very clean. The doctor was very caring and listened to me. And the techs were very nice and friendly. It was great.
