The staff was very nice. We had to wait past our appointment time. The lady that assisted with our documents was filling in for someone else and had a lot of questions. She made copies of some of the documents and had us sign them in different ways because she said she was not sure how they were supposed to be done. Then after we were called to go back because she had forgotten to have us sign something. Then a week later we had to go and sign something else.

The sellers of our home contracted Janet Suddreth at Hexter-Fair Title. At first I was a little put off because this was all new to us and I felt I wasn't getting enough information. Ultimately I found Janet to be very straight-forward and had our closing completed on-time, in less than an hour and we walked away confident in the terms of our purchase. I'd be happy to work with Janet and her team in the future.

I had an issue with blatant dishonesty involving Vicki McKie, who lied to my Realtor about the closing time and date. So, after driving four hours with our belongings and our four children, to move into our new home, we were forced to stay in the hotel for over a week, which delayed our move in day, causing an interference with my husband's work schedule and creating an unnecessary inconvenience with the move in process. This dishonesty also created an additional expense which my husband and I had to incur, and we were never offered any reimbursement of any kind, and I will never recommend them to anyone.
