I began working with Guardian Mortgage as I was referred by someone I trust. She suggested I call Marcus McCue who put me in touch with Jeannie Smith. Jeannie was able to help us get our pre-approvals handled, answered quick turnaround questions over the weekend as we were in our search, made sure we were well coordinated with our title company and the paperwork took us less than 45 minutes to sign. Less than 20 minutes later (the owners weren't at closing) we got the call that the house was ours! It was smooth and easy. The conditions are straight forward and Jeannie is really helpful. Nice touch when we got a mail stamp with our names and address shortly after the close and a Christmas ornament with our first Christmas at our new home. I can recommend this company easily.
