 + -1 moreTHE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF GREENPOINT MORTGAGE WAS NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. AT TIMES, WHEN MY HUSBAND CALLS THEM, HE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE IS SAYING BECAUSE OF THEIR THICK ACCENT.
Description of Work: GREENPOINT MORTGAGE WAS OUR SECOND MORTGAGE ON OUR LAST HOUSE. THE AMOUNT GIVEN ABOVE VARIES MONTH BY MONTH DEPENDING ON THE INTEREST.
