I WOULD RATE THIS BUILDER AS ONE OF THE WORST IN THE DFW AREA. THE WORK WAS VERY LOW QUALITY, HE CHARGED FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED, HE WANTED TO CHARGE DOUBLE FOR A NUMBER OF THE SAME ITEMS ALREADY PAID FOR ONCE, HE IS UNWILLING TO ADHERE TO THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT AND WARRANTY. WE ENDED UP WITH NOTHING MORE THAN HANDYMAN SPECIAL AND WE ARE STILL WORKING ON GETTING ITEMS COMPLETED CORRECTLY BY OTHER CONTRACTORS OVER 2 YEARS LATER. IF THERE WAS A GRADE LOWER THAN AND "F" HE WOULD EARN IT. A WEBSITE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION TO HIGHLIGHT IN DETAIL THE TYPE OF WORK MOSHE GOLAN PROVIDES.
