It went great!

When I described the problem by phone to him, he determined that we probably had an emergency. He arrived within 2 hrs, evaluated the problem and, indeed, we had an emergency. We had personal extenuating circumstances (surgery scheduled that could no be postponed) that had to be handled the next day. He worked with us and put forth much extra effort and completed the job by 8p at a 'more than fair' cost to us. AND, his work and professionalism is outstanding. AND, he called two days later to be sure that all was well. This man went far beyond what was required and we highly recommend him.

Mr. Gentry was actually a subcontractor of the builder who contracted for my fence & patio cover.  He was contacted last minute to do work that had been promised by original builder.  Mr. Gentry was quick to contact me and flexible in his schedule. He did the work as expected, even though it took 8 hours instead of the 2-3 that the fence/patio builder had told him! I would definitely contact him directly for further electrical work needed in my home.

one phone call and we were on James' schedule. He special ordered our switch that apparently was no longer available in stores. Just an overall excellent experience.

Gentry Electric was a highlight of what was often a nighmarish remodeling job. They are polite, responsive and they get the job done. If they can't meet an appointment, they call. I intend to keep them when I do not plan to keep any other sub-contracters.
