.I paid him 100.00 service charge, the first time he was here. He said I am not sure what the problem is but I will

 figure it out. Greg said he would be back the next day and if he could not fix it he would refund the $100.00.

The next day he was 4 hours late but he did come, could not fix TV. TV would come on but would go off. He told me

he needed to talk to a friend that could tell him what he needed to do. Greg did not return the $100.00 and when I didn't

hear from him I tried to call him several times and got no answer and no return call. I would never use his service again.

Ive use Greg several times and he's always been professional. He does a great job and is very motivated in pleasing the customer. I will continue to use Greg for all my TV repair needs and I highly recommend him.

Greg Mackie (the owner) was referred to me by another company. I originally called him because I wanted to see if my TV was worth repairing, as it's not even 3 years old, and already inoperable. Greg promptly returned my call, and listened to my concerns. Once I told him about the problem, he did some research on it, and said it could be one of two things.

He was able to come out the next day, and proceeded to take apart the TV and correctly diagnose the problem. He replaced the power supply board, then vacuumed the fans (as well as the dusty outside cover!). All along the way, Greg was very courteous and professional, and gave me a lot of good information. His front office staff was similarly pleasant and accommodating.

I highly recommend this company, and would definitely use them again!

Service was great. He's very knowledgeable, punctual, and friendly. Have used him 2x now, when another issue occurred on that same TV.

Initial appointment: Capacitor was replaced but did not fix the problem. Greg said the system board would need to be replaced, gave us a quote and explained it would have to be ordered if we wanted to proceed. We decided to have him order the board. 2nd appointment: Greg called to let us know the board had arrived and offered to come by that same night. We agreed and he was shortly at our house. Within a few minutes he had replaced the board and the TV was working again.

Horrible!! I expected a thorough diagnosis of the issue and all I received was a quick this is it. They could have told me that when I told them what the issue was over the phone.

They did a good job on the TV, but charged me extra to wipe the screen eventhough it was already off.

The whole experience was great. Greg was knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. He was very straightforward and immediately gave the impression of trustworthiness. He also cleaned up what he, in advance, had told me would be a little bit messy of a job. I could not have asked for a better service appointment.

We called him in the morning and he came in the afternoon. He did a very fast and prompt job. I knew what they expense would be and he charged me what I expected. He did an excellent job. I would use them in future if need be.

I called around lunch and Greg was at my house at 6:00 PM. He replaced the bulb in my 50" Samsung DLP TV. He was prompt, cheerful, courteous and he even dusted for me while he had the TV pulled out. He gave 90 day warranty on the service.
