.I paid him 100.00 service charge, the first time he was here. He said I am not sure what the problem is but I will
figure it out. Greg said he would be back the next day and if he could not fix it he would refund the $100.00.
The next day he was 4 hours late but he did come, could not fix TV. TV would come on but would go off. He told me
he needed to talk to a friend that could tell him what he needed to do. Greg did not return the $100.00 and when I didn't
hear from him I tried to call him several times and got no answer and no return call. I would never use his service again.
.He was able to come out the next day, and proceeded to take apart the TV and correctly diagnose the problem. He replaced the power supply board, then vacuumed the fans (as well as the dusty outside cover!). All along the way, Greg was very courteous and professional, and gave me a lot of good information. His front office staff was similarly pleasant and accommodating.
I highly recommend this company, and would definitely use them again!
